  2. Boost conversion rates as a result of improved user experience for NMT agents.

Background

In the last 90 days, 2,800+ leads have reached out to us on their 2nd+ contact that have not gotten a response back from our team. The opportunity cost of no responses to these leads is $700,000+ assuming each NMT agent has ~10% conversion rate.
